First of all job security is good and company culture is average and compensation is average

There is no timing and there is respect and position different and work different there is no groth so that's I leave that company

Likes

Staying locations are very near to city and all facilities available here. Senior officials are approachable for all.

Dislikes

... top management is not industry oriented. Quarters are deteriorating day by day. Salary and incentive not at per market rate. Lacking of adapting new technologies.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I never seen the waste company india , I'm working in a subcontract , just they give unskilled salary ,they are forcesing for working due to this Corona time they black mailing , India got independence who said that India never get independence anyway

... also excellent . The company is awarding the individual as per his performance. The career growth & training and salary & perks are comparable w.r.t other public sector.

Dislikes

As mentioned above, the strength of executives is thin , the work pressure was very high. The Career growth of individual depend on his performance and company will always restricted for forwarding the individual application for seeking the employment in other public sector. The training module for the executives is not up to the mark therefore freshers will get job training through seniors which is painful for them.
