In my view it is a worst company ever I found, the company executives doesn't stand for their employees in odd situations. They can demote you without inform you. The middle management doesn't respond back to your queries and not stands on commitment they made.

Dislikes

...Neither any training provided to the employees nor the work environment is good. Not any hike or bonus provides to the employees.

Likes

Work life balance. Some more benefits are there but as I was on contract basis so I don't aware of this.

Dislikes

Management's less involment, No training, no refresher meeting and recognition. Salary sometimes get delayed. Company depends on one or two person, regular audit is not there. No strong technical team.

...iors, and management. Great and supportive reporting manager. Easy approachable. Salary hike depend on performance and person to person.

Bit of politics and slow growth in terms of title and salary.

...ry opportunity to given it's single place to learn of all kind of work activity. In salary part very good end of the month they are credit salary.but appraisal only start to delay also they are providing every year appraisal overall view is very good organization.

Here the growth is very slow from senior employee we see that dominated activity

Freedom is there.. Feeling spacious while working.. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets high-quality.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.. I feel at times too much stressed up... For pending etc..
