New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

The ceo of the company so and the backend team plays a politics they are like coin has two faces the and they don't have proper planning if the mistake is not also from your side they will blam you in a way that u have only done the whole project alone they will ignore the bank end team totally if you are also an fresher try in some other company but don't come at this join this company this is my humble request they will torture u mentally and they will threat you that you will not get your experience letter reliving also after working like labour for them they will not respect you they will just treat you like labour the ceo and his most favourite employees from back end team

The company is very good for as fresher. There is lots of projects you can learn so much from it.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

The company work culture is not good. Seniors behaviour is very rude. One of my seniors blame me for small things. No one is talking about anything the only thing is do work, work and work. If Senior are changed then the company is very good for everyone.
