Superb top management but just because of very few staff members .... Work culture is no more positive.... Management needs to take action, its high time!!

Company provides you another designation and will take service from you as a different profile which is totally different from your job role, and when they will think that you have played well your role in the company and there is no more work in the company for you than they will give you less amount, and will ask to leave and will not support properly in your crisis,, till now I didn't received my full and final settlement.

UBS don't have anything great to like.

UBS has been very supportive as an organisation since the pandemic broke out. The entire campus shifted to online mode of delivery and both students and staff benefited in staying safe and working from home. Students got the opportunity to pay in staggered installments and studying online and even completing their syllabus and examinations. The faculty and staff were supported by the organisation in such testing and trying times and there was no job loss.

Dislikes

There is nothing to complain in such difficult times as the organisation has been cooperative all through the testing and trying times.

I am lucky that I am part of this organization. They have Global program where we get the opportunity to work and learn from them
