Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

UTL company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a technical team in our company. Company is producing high quality equipment. No salary on time, no mental peace, full biased people, lot of office politics plants outside the office will grow buy not you, daily labour will get more respect for than us, slave life, all seniors are selfish not willing share knowledge, no appreciations. No work-life balance always asking to update tickets.
