Hierarchy is simple here and top level leads are easy to reach and get clarified about queries and concerns.

Dislikes

Here you won't get much benefits like cab cafeteria and other IT culture stuff, only the work you can concentrate here. You won't get all IT benefits which you get in to MNCs. Simply to say you won't feel like you are working in IT since there is no IT culture. But if you want to learn and gain more knowledge and make your resume weight you can choose this company.
