If there is hell on earth than according to me United Petrochem Pvt Ltd is that place...Plant head of this company Mr. Shankar Sharma is very arrogant and he never supports new employees....He feels insecurity with new employees, so he never wants to settle down the new employees. He always puts unwanted pressure on employees and whatever the work or new implementation done by any employee he never appreciate the same and instead of appreciating he present the same to MD by saying that ki "Humney kiya hai Sir yeh hamara Initiative hai Sir". He never present a good picture of any employee with top management and this is the reason no good employee will want to work in United Petrochem for more than 5-6 months. And not only the Plant head according to me QC head, Plant head and Production head they all are old employees there and they have a team and policies to put unwanted pressure on new employee and not give any support to him so that he cannot survive in the company. Actually they all are doing something wrong there which they never want the new employee come to know and present the same to MD that's why they put pressure on new employee from the very first day. I never ever suggest any good employee who has a good experience will join United Petrochem Pvt Ltd because the working environment there is so pathetic and not good for his professional and personal life. And also working environment of United Petrochem Pvt Ltd is not good for an employee's health. My whole professional and personal life got ruined due United Petrochem Pvt Ltd. For me it's one of the most worst place on earth to work.

Nothing spl.it depends on situation to situation and person to person

No Hr policies are there.so many bosses overhead the employees.do not value the right person. Never treat all employees same.never give same benefits to all
