The work culture is highly discouraging and toxic. I personally faced unprofessional behavior from Nilesh Hada, who used discouraging language and exhibited egotistic traits, making it a difficult environment to work in. There's a lot of bad politics within the company, which creates unnecessary stress and hinders team collaboration. There is little to no opportunity for professional growth or career advancement here. The company does not paid leaves, which is significant drawback for employees looking for work-life balance.

If you are related to the company owner then you will get good appraisal every year. It’s a typical bhaiyya culture. The CEO will never let you know because he himself is very insecure and eyes women badly. The sales head uses tremendous foul language and hates to see women grow. The owner himself only takes women as brand managers who dress up well and does good make up, whether you have talent or not doesn’t matter to him.

Everything.. there's a trend of abusing people specially the sales staff. One sikh guy abuses everyone everyday no matter what. His day doesn't start with using abusive language. Plus they expect sales team to sit in office till 12 or 1 o'clock at night and do sales to meet the target which they rarely achieve but late night working are there for last 5 days of every month
