There are no projects, no work. Everybody knows how Tanay is but still no action take even when he misbehaves with females and he does that very frequently. Nothing to like about this company. HR rules may change at any point of time. They don’t have any value of their own words. Tanay is a pet to the owner and thats how he is surviving. They don’t let anybody smart survive in the company so that there is no competition since they know that they won’t be able to survive anywhere else in market. So they try in keeping the attrition rate highest.

Dislikes

Everything. Company culture, not having work/projects, how managers Tanaya and Kaushal just take advantage of other employee’s personal issues/situations. If you have to survive there, just learn to be sweet with these two or else nothing good will happen for you. They don’t have proper documentation, they can make any person Managers/Directors/VP and then terminate them or torture them to the core so that the person quite the job. If at all you want to grow in your career, never ever choose this company or else you will spoil your career. Worst worst organisation to work with. Owner is so sweet but her employees take due advantage of her sweetness and are just pushing the company towards shut down.
