I started in the organisation as a tech support engineer and left the organsiation as a business excellence analyst. 5 years with the organsiation and I can personally call it a fruitful engagement. Moved amongst 3 different teams within the company - and the experience one would have is purely based on the team and the leader of the team. Fortunately for me, for most part of the tenure, I've been engaged with good leaders and amazing peers Tons of opportunity to learn and grow is presented to everyone.

Compensation for a fresher is below par Cafeteria! LoL.

The company had a work-life balance, but now you're supposed to come three days a week.

Dislikes

...w process and a new rule book. There is no trust for employees in leadership. There has been no salary hike for the past 3 years. No role code change or promotion Can be terminated anytime, even if you are a top performer.

Learning opportunities in terms of technology.

Less pay scale. Once yor are hired after that you need to forgot about the salary rise. They keep on saying you are already above market standards but once you put down the paper they will be ready to match your salary. Hypocrisy level !! No job security. You will be hired for a project....you will be fired once project is completed. Managers harrass the employee to work day and night with no work life balance. Worst company culture with no employee engagement activities or appreciations. Adamant senior management with no interest to address the employee grievances.

Could be more accurate n stabilized.. work life Culture is good but could be better. Company benefits to employees in very very minimal. Revenue generators should be appreciated often instead of leadership
