...ork life balance. Flexible working facility only for smo, cs and adwords team. Salary Issue: Promotion and salary hike coming only to those who work by buttering other instead of those who responsibly do their always, making a place biased. Job Security: Lack of job security, with no assurance of continued employment, suddenly dismissal and forced to resign. Leave Denial: Leaves are available only for few employees. Some employees are facing approval in leaves when they needs genuinely. Most of the leaves denied and lapse at the end of the year. Stagnation: One of the major sources of lack of growth opportunities and learning exposure. Harassment: The key influencing factor of the workplace having a negative atmosphere, facing specially from Client Servicing Team. CS Team think they know everything. They are not supporting even after multiple reminders and requests. Talent Disregard: The company lacks value and respect of talented employees. Paid Leaves: No paid leave, further affecting employee welfare. Paid leave is mandatory part as per Section 79 of the Factories and Establishment Act. Overall: The workplace is looking like an instance where employees feel like bondservant, and thus the boss or owner devaluing their employee's employment

Policits Favors No growth and learning How many lead did we generate is the only topic that u will ever talk in this firm No perks Saturday is working Your talent wont gain you growth but licking the the palms would do Telented people cant stay for long coz old people who do not have versatile experience are leading everything So, the once who should lead are reporting and the ones who should be reporting are leading

Working at Unipro means you are well-settled with your job security. The pressure is at minimum, however at times you might feel the heat of it, other wise it is generally cool.

Dislikes

The infra is not good, as its a start up company with 50 odd people, but need to build up good infra. It has a very desi look.
