Working with lots of coworkers. Sufficient salary.

Dislikes

Time taken by the respective department to respond to the field functionary’s concern. No real solutions arrived through discussion. Keeping important things pending.

Salary and allowances will be on time. Easy to get loans on self name.

Dislikes

These days banking jobs became much stressful and hectic with no personal life. Young generation please don't come banking side anymore.

Since it is a government bank, job security and salary is very handful.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very as they will not give you home posting it nearby posting and when you will away higher authority will force you unilaterally without listening anything

Overall not satisfactory. Work culture is typical govt types. No zeal entu to learn or introduce new things. Very limited career growth until unless you are connected with top executive. Promotion-posting policy is worst cause major dissatisfaction among employees.

...except trophies and certificates. No skill improvement. Work pressure very high. Horse, Cheetah, monkey, all are getting same salary. No motivational factor.
