Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Worst place to work.

Dislikes

...be unemployed than working here. 1- Mental Harassment and Full on Exploitation 2- They won't pay you and when you ask them for the salary then they'll give all sort of excuses and ask you to resign or they'll terminate you. 3- The CEO clearly says he won't clear the dues and you are free to leave, no one is asking you to stay. 4- They hire new people and get their work done for 2-3 months and then terminate them without paying. 5 - The HR and People & Culture team have no etiquette and will never give you any right information. 6- No culture or professionalism. There are uncountable cons , think of every possible one you can ever think of.

There is not a single thing which I could see that was best , person named Ayushi ruled over all the employees and do nothing from her end , she even shifted her work get it done by others. Founder Vaibhav Verma holded our salaries since covid time and he is not good at all.

Dislikes

Their overal staff, founder, HR departmenr they all have nothing to say except holding the employees salary and I would not recommend anyone to join this Company ever in their life. They did not even submitted our tax to the govt ahead but got deducted from our salaries.
