Didn't getting salary on what i have joined. They just provide full salary on first month only,then 25% ,35% and 50% only .It like they thought and make mind that if people can work if we pay half of salary then why should give the full salary. They just make you to work for full month and when the salary time come they just give what they want without informing you. Pathetic one.....If you dont have any of the choice or any of offer then only join else search for better one.

Overall best place to work as thr ceo n md r very cooperating motivating persons Yes thr is lot of pressure but without hardworking one can't get fruitfull result So for fruitful result one has to tk pressure

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
