Unacademy is the best platform to work, unfortunately there is no job security. In one day notice they remove the staff, no doubt they pay for it. But its amazing platform to work

no work life balance, working till 10 pm, huge talk time target, no job security.

... working in unicorn startup. No or minimum entry barrier to start your career. Timely salary - Last working day of month .

Dislikes

Poor or no job security. No down top communication - very less likely that your issue will be listened to by management. Unnecessary (unnatural)pressure in Sales and almost all teams. Very less perks in terms of incentive. No clear understanding of your job profiles as you may be frequently transferred to one team to another with different profiles. 6 days working .

Management is very bad . They didnt have internal mutual talk . One announce policy another said they will change . No incentive on time . No work life balance do not stick with this company just work got pay move .

Culture in UNACADEMY is absolutely tremendous in comparison to previous organization, salary/benefits are provided on time, holidays/leaves are approved on time, management cares about their employees, it is all possible only if you are giving good numbers every month.

Dislikes

What I don't like in Unacademy is, few managers think that they are the Owner of the organization, they own employees, so employees have to do what such managers ask them to do, hence such kind of personality ruins entire image of reputed organization.

Work culture is good. Job security recently is not good.

Cost cutting at recession period is common in almost all companies but that should not be at the cost of investing in marketing and branding which is one of the major issues in this organization.
