Liked about umrao is I got a good company in umrao.

For Employees it's a hell. There is no work life balance in umrao. I used to work for around 13-14 hours every day. People are still working for around 15-16 hours everyday. You can get fired by the owner of umrao at any point of time. He don't respect and also he would speak to you properly. I was not having gradges with my staff but the management was worst . The owner was fool and an idiot. People of umrao are only feeding their owner families . It looks like we are working in a house where everybody has to work for his owner. Shit company sorry can't call it a company. Owners are not professional to their staff. I have worked like a slave after working in Reputed hotels. Hr is invisible in umrao.
