There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salery is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years bey which you cannot resign on the job training is not give to New joinees.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
