Absolutely nothing! Forget about Vendors, they do not pay even legal dues of employees and Channel partners. Company run by fools, Top management is not capable of handling teams. Pure politics playground.

Dislikes

Everything! Forget about work life balance, they treat employees like animals. Main culprit is E.Nagaraju from Telangana. They harrass employees like anything. No appreciation only criticisim everything you propose. They force to do wrong things and later blame Sales team. Very Bad experience working with them. Mental harrasment and mocking everytime.

Crediting salary in time and less working days

No growth, No knowledge gain for Application Engineer's in this stream and this job is not suitable for b.tech graduates to apply their theoretical knowledge on site.

Huge problem with working hour for project employees. There is no work life balance. Usually you have to stay upto 10 PM on daily basis. You will just go to office and come back to home for sleep only.
