It was a great experience to work with ultratech cement Ltd. Here employee can get better opportunity when he is from ultratech he should not be from Birla gold.

... It was very huge difference between ultratech employee and Birla gold employee. Even ultratech off roll employee got more salary when he joined company payroll. Wheather Birla gold employee have 5 or more than years.

Absolutely nothing! Forget about Vendors, they do not pay even legal dues of employees and Channel partners. Company run by fools, Top management is not capable of handling teams. Pure politics playground.

Everything! Forget about work life balance, they treat employees like animals. Main culprit is E.Nagaraju from Telangana. They harrass employees like anything. No appreciation only criticisim everything you propose. They force to do wrong things and later blame Sales team. Very Bad experience working with them. Mental harrasment and mocking everytime.

worst culture I have ever seen in building material segment. except salary nothing is happening good in the company. Hrs are also Terrible. Building material segment became telecom sector.

Employee open to take initiatives....Salary credit on every 30th of Month, Highest Conveyance Paying company Rs 13/- per Km for 4 wheel.

Its elevate Junior employee with minimum pay on the name of Promotion...Ultra tech diverts its focus from Cement to BPD and U.Tec...Even people paid from pockets in U.Tec services.
