...y and employees. 2-company helped employees for home office setup assistance. 3-no salary cut ,Which is great considering pandemic situation. 4-I feel luck that I am in Ugam solution during such horrific time. 5-Earlier increment was on hold till sep-2020 but now increment has been also done since Oct salary.

My experience is overall good ,However there's not too much learning and development from company during covid-19 .

Flexible working hours with unlimited leaves. Highly knowledgeable folks with higher work experience.

Dislikes

Slow growth in career in terms of work as well as salary. Lesser/ minimal communication across different functional teams. Senior management comprises of very few younger folks Promotions are mainly based on experience by years, rather than work quality and improvements.

Oppertunity to work on industry standard tools.

...s is a difficult task. Ugam treat client like a king and employees like a slave. More deduction from salary towards health insurance and gratuity.

Don't join this company. Your personal life will be questioned. Because you won't get time to spent with your family . The management doesn't care about your health and work life balance anymore.

It is an independent workplace. But compensation is poor for work extracted from employees. Company is losing projects and will be in crisis soon enough.

As said earlier, company wont bother about employees. Sick place to work and hr is the worst of them all. If we report an issue then the accuser becomes the accused and act like it is no big deal. So DO NOT choose this company because this company will be gone for good soon.
