Heineken being a global brand the involvement of the global team helped in the strategic direction of the brand.

Dislikes

The overall culture is very traditional mindset and rigid. There is no strategic approach or working style for the long term of both brand and self. People don't want to see the larger picture and take lot of pride thinking they are leaders in the category.
