Complete lack of experience communication or professionalism. 13 years in Software development, I've never had a worse experience. Leadership behaves like an insecure child, has zero ability to communicate, and will get angry when there own lack of experience is shown.

I appreciate the organization's management and the support they provide. They genuinely care about their employees and encourage us to grow and learn as much as possible.

... their leave policy, and the perks and benefits, such as insurance, are lacking. There's also no clear structure for salary hikes.

I am with Tychons for 3+ Years. I started my carrier as QA. The management found my skillset helped me to update my skills and promoted me as Project coordinator. The company gives more opportunities to freshers and trains them with advanced programs in the industry. The work culture is so good and the management treats the employee as family members and gives them enough space to express themselves. Appreciation certificates, carrier growth programs, training and certification programs like Magento, Salesforce ect are sponsored by the company. The company provides incentives, hikes, and promotions based on performance.

I'm here to working almost 3 years of jurney. This comany develped in E-commerce website using magento platform but they have adopt all the latest technologies and daily having clients calls so it is very usefull for understanding clients requirements, and they are mainly focused US, Canada and UK clients. the work pressure is very low. Work life balance. they have paid for certifications its very usefull for our qrowth.

At Tychon Solutions we are free to express our concerns/ suggestions to the management directly and they are considered for sure. If you are a junior developer with one to three years of experience, this is a right company to scale up your skills, learn new technology, moreover master it in a very short period. You get opportunity to work on diversified projects. Highly recommend this company.
