Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The opportunities to deal with the clients first hand. Being a fresher and keen to learn, this place is a boon.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

The authority won't take responsibility for any mistake or take a stand for you in front of the client. They may support and encourage you internally, but they let you be the culprit in front of the client if you are a beginner. Also, there is no work - life balance, and no other benefits are given for your extra hours or late night stay backs. As a woman you would atleast require cab services after 8 , specifically if you are travelling from gurgaon. No such facilities provided.
