No Direct communication between staff members. Lack of co-ordination and support between employees and management. I personally felt like that I am not working with some construction company but a Spy agency where some unknown forces try to control and or obstruct and restrict your every action, They not only control your working laptops but also your personal mobile phone and calls (In short on the name of monitoring your work they get into your private space and disturb your privacy). Absence of HR and Admin and no response to employees queries from HR and or management or direct superiors. No employee is interested in taking responsibility and accountability and more or less every employee is confused within himself or herself!!
