the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality products and has a global client base.

compensation is decent, but grow is slow . the work pressure is very high .sometimes, I have to work 8-10 hours straight in a day. overall I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes.

...we are getting unpaid for half day. We are not able to work stress free at all. They are constantly threatening us by saying they will hold our salary and replace us. The environment where I work is totally toxic.

They never increase your salary, mine didn't increase for 3 years. And the notice period is of 3 months, which is much terrible, they did not give ne my 2 month salary and demanded 3000 more for experience certificate. I did not get experience certificate as well.

Never and ever compramise in salary thay will cheat us and spoil our life time total HR team fraud will dring people blood use like a tisue paper and throw us dont not join this company total HR team doing Sin will never escape from god wat thay do will sure return to them i wasted my life time by joining there humble request dont join

They will notvrespect you. They will not give appraisals. They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity.
