...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is indecent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I joined TVSSCS for a specific role, and the company HR offered me a salary based on that job profile, clearly stating the amount they offer for that role. However, after 4 months, they changed my department, roles, and responsibilities, significantly increasing my workload. When I checked, I found that the salary for this new role is much higher than what I am currently receiving. I am now fully confused about the situation.

...we are getting unpaid for half day. We are not able to work stress free at all. They are constantly threatening us by saying they will hold our salary and replace us. The environment where I work is totally toxic.

They will notvrespect you. They will not give appraisals. They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity.
