Company developed employees by regular training season. Although compensation / work life balance was concerned area. Company believed on Only review Managers rather helping customers or doing the realistic things. Internal politics destruct from company goal. Few Managers thinking their self as supremo & regularly creating their own rules , instead of following company SOP. Few seniors ( very few) are really supportive & true leader.

Overall good experience . Salary was very low present market situations salary not compatible. House rents and home needs very high cost . Salary compare to other companies getting very low salary.Punctuality wise good company

Just throwing stones around. HR people asks for money to new joiners HR people makes false commitments No pay benefits for extra work time Leaves depends on Boss approval and they deny mostly
