New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

It's a reputed company of Reliance Media group and give social status by the help of their big name. they always send nice gifted to their employees like sweet box on Diwali festival new year gift and sweets on Women's Day for mentioning this high value corporate sector. That's it u can call it show buisness.

...xperience letter then the employee had no choice beside the resign from the job.in their notice period they promised u to settled your all matters with two months salary but after resignation they refused to give any thinking besides your official dues, no work culture like a corporate office. It's jest like ghair ki rasoi type 🤣wahi khao jo neta kehta hai. At the end of westing your golden working years u feel like stupid. .
