The company has third party testing laboratory in food & water. Proper time to time work, my colleagues come from various cultural, but we work happily. Its good environment condition to work.

...ave to work 9 - 10 hrs in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening. salary structure is very less as compared to experience & work.

Less salary.company prefers peoples who comes through reference which shouldnt happen they must hire peoples based on knowledge not on reference.

Working environment and facilities are satisfying, there is always opportunities to learn new things and develop skills with proper guidance, however climbing up the ladder depends upon skills and performance and it's bit time taking. However it's overall good ferm to work with.

There is nothing in particular to hate, salary and growth can be slow and and challenges are all same like competition with coworkers, but it's part of job.
