...g on them. Too much work dumped on writers. Salaries don't get paid before 10th. If you take more than 1 week leave it is considered leave without pay even if u have leave balance. Leaves credited only every month so you can't plan a vacation till you have accumulated enough balance. Salaries are poorest. Anyone is asked to leave anytime. Rules and policies change everyday. Take a job with this company only if u r in a financial condition that u don't have enuf for basic necessities of life.

...ive senior authority who always encourage to do what you love and want to learn. What else employee like me want , balanced life and deserving package and designation. I will recommend to join turacoz who want both balanced life and grow personally with organization.

They give WFH to their employees which eliminate chance of chit chat breaks in canteen with employees and spend some quality time with but they do arrange functions where they can have team interaction.

Nothing to be like as such, so many Cons as compare to pro. Only good thing that office is in Mall

Please dont find a career in Turacoz, worst place to work, there is nothing like work life balance, so much dirty politics playing around, and you never know till when they need you. The whole company runs on 1 person perspective and that person is just a regular but old employee, if you had an argument with her, she will make sure that you wont remain in company for longer than 1 week

There is no new learning during the entire tenure. There is no work life balance. It is full of micromanagement and the management is pathetic. A lot of buttering might land you in some good place otherwise it is unethical to the core. They know how to play dirty and ruin a career.

Founder and management are fake My advice to job seekers Please if you don't job sir at home do something but never join this organisation because there is no job security, neither salary they will offer something and that they never pay you once you are onboard. Advice for Turacoz clients. Please before giving any project to Turacoz please kindly check there capabilities, because the information which they deliver to the class are copy paste from different sources.
