Salary on time, Nothing else.

No work life balance, low salary wrt industry, pathetic appraisal system, No promotions, favouritism, No proper recognition and reward system. Unnecessary work pressure on daily jobs with tight deadlines. People are not getting promoted even after working for 7-15 years also.

...e of the employees are real talented and ttk prestige will never kick you out... they will retain and pay salary on time

No body drives the business, everyone is looking at shifting the responsibility, there is lot of shouting and name calling culture. the Head office people work on certain assumptions about the sales team, and only have discussion basis thoses assumptions. also the WFH policy is only for head office because sales team life doesn't matter that much to them

...me it was a good company to work. There was no dislikes I felt during my tenure. Pay package was very less as with any manufacturing unit.

Excellent management and very supportive to each and every employee. it was like our home and family culture, very encouraging. All of my functional managers are supportive and providing directions in each stage to develop our skills and carrier including chairman Mr.TTJ Sir. Company policies were very good and encouraging each employee to work in TTK for life long

Good team work without any blaming in the team, training programme were excellent, salary and appraisal, travel policies and work environment was very good with good work-life balance. R&D team was very encouraging to do lot of innovations
