Tsaaro Consulting is a great place to work. All my co-workers are helpful, and it provides ample opportunities to learn and grow in your career. It has a hybrid work policy which allows you to enjoy the benefits of WFH as well as allows you to have F2F brainstorming sessions with your team leads and co-workers. It focuses on team-building activities and provides training for better outputs in terms of work.

Interesting Projects and direct involvement in projects and hands on experience with client management.

Expected to tolerate inappropriate work behaviour from upper management. Not safe for women. No work-life balance. Bad policies and accommodation for employees. Ineffective HR department.

You will get to work on projects even if you don't have thorough knowledge.

Dislikes

Very arrogant and narcissistic boss who only care about making money even at the cost of delivering poor service to the client. Client service isn't given as much importance. Often Interns are assigned as expert consultants to the clients. Toxic office culture, favoritism, overtime work, sexism are the added perks at Tsaaro.
