Good work and culture. Teammates are supporting and management is transportation. Company police are good appraisals are fair and good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management dose not solve our problems carear growth is slow. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.

Everything i like the ttsi like policy, appraisal, salary, incentive scheme. i have learnt the politics. That is interesting for me. every year in december shut diwn period we travel with the team member. I like the leave policies also. specilly i have learnt the japneese language here. and i use those words with japaneese managemnt in daily routine. Many more things i like about working ttsi....

Dislikes

Politics only politics. If u are doing any kind of work u will not get any rewads.

Tstech was a very good MNC , old japanese management was quite good.

Tstech level dropped drastically in last 03 years ,due to management cheap thinking,assigning plant job to a non eligible AM level person , who has no skill, knowledge , no management skill and abusive behaviour and not doing work in favour of company at all.And all inhouse team , customers and suppliers comment for such worst behaviour and worst member for tstech as if nothing left in Tstech now.

TS management and associates have excellent communications for working together. Company policy is also excellent in favour of staff and associates, every rules was followed regarding government's policies. TS provided best security as for her association like medical policy, insurance policy, and job for her dependant in causes of medically unfit or physically unfit. Death recovery rules are also followed as government's law. Manpower security have also present.

Dislikes

I have no reason for dislike my TS TECH SUN INDIA company, My company was joined by Honda cars Group company, so Honda rules are also followed by Japanese law, because they are joint venture of each other's. Big losses cames on Honda Group so Japanese management team was decided VRS for her all associates and gave VRS in 2020.
