in trylo all is good but mentality of owner is not good because i have a one bad experience in trylo intimates related salary system. and your job not secure in this company. they says any time go out from company because of hurting owners ego. company not think about workers and employees also. some people are very great in comapny.

No job security, Owner of the company is self centric and his Ego is very big, No new ideas are appreciated, No raise evenif if promised at the first place, Get Appointment letter signed without letting you read the conditions and they don't pay you the Notice Period salary, Keep you engaged in non productive activities, You are asked to do any work which is not even in you profile, asked to fill KPI's but organization ethics are zero as people aren't give Appointment Letter for months even after requesting... You have to beg literally. Worst Organization to work.
