The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that i was a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I love the company environment and also like the employee re-hire policy.

...he manager of that team. Employees are struggling to get paid at the right time. There is no proper date of salary. If the company doesn't get revenue for that month, employees do not get a salary. HR department is playing with employees like Indian serial stories. If the employees ask for any benefits or policies of the company, they will not reply to the employee. They directly complain to the CEO saying so on so the employee asking benefits. So then the CEO will give a target to that employee. If the employee does not reach the target. They will fire you. Worst part is they give good salary then also if you cant reach target. They will deduct penalty everyday 450 Rs in salary. I am not sure what the hell CEO and HR team playing with company. I strongly recommend no should join this company. You can simply sit in your home better than join.

The management is very good , teammates are very supportive , can learn a lot of things .

The job was good , but the work is overwhelming and work life balance is not maintained, Salary is less for the amount of work that is done.

Though we fulfill every criteria and key skills he rejects without even having a word! One of the dirtiest HR and company. Looks like he is Expecting monetary benefits.

HR is a Tom who looks like a patient... Surprisingly he is working for a wellness company. Very average communication, Neither he is skilled to be a professional HR. Doesn't know how to respect customers. They Loot money for no results.
