...'s the exploitation of junior member in all teams especially Investment Banking. Bonus is a sham scheme after joining you will get full bonus after 2.5 year and that also some peanuts. Work is substandard and no real learning and growth opportunity is there. Slow promotion only if you are in good books of manager. Work dose not matter. Only if you have no option and unemployed you should go and join this organisation.

Work life balance, decent compensation

Dislikes

Decent compensation, but no growth in terms of work quality. There is no clear vision within the organization and HR is really pathetic. I would strongly recommend not to join this company especially when you are a fresher.

Compensation is not as per the work for fresher..work pressure is mid to high...there is no training for fresher u have to learn of your own..sometime you sit idle don't know what to do...

BOSS and their behaviour against their Subordinate, Also few heads having very bad intentions against female employees. They don't train old employees and recruit new ones. Here majority are someone's cousins or relatives. They don't allocate work properly , also give importance only to parasite people. No Proper Utilisation of resources.
