Nothing...it is stressful environment. Very toxic. People from non salon background work on higher position and give useless advice and orders on how to run business and how to do management.

Dislikes

No work culture. No one understands brands value...made international brand worst than local.

Management had open door policies before but since there is change in GM and director the core of the company has changed a lot now a days they only prefer beautiful girls with no skills for a mens only barbershop the point of view of the new DGM is pathetic and new CEO of the company is from JCB so he is just trying to change this luxury brand to a chain salons forgetting what Truefitt &Hill stands for it's royal heritage and it's values.

The management of T&H is not proper, they will give you false commitment just to make you work with them , working with them feels like a slave .

In my career i worked in several retail companies but Truefitt & Hill stands out, not just because of it's quality and how it helps in my owns self development but also for the way the company takes proper measures to take care of the employee's needs, specially in this time of Covid-19 crisis.

Dislikes

Nothing to be negative as such, but a note to self that this is not a place for lenient behaviour from employees, the company works for absolute stick SOPs for excellent quality.

As i had started my work life with TRUEFITT &HILL. So their advance training in the term of theoretical and practical helps a lot. I had started with the designation of GRE (Guest relation executive) and with my performance i got promoted to ASM (Asst. Store Manager) within 2 years of time. Your appraisal totally depend upon your performance. Its a good environment to work as you will learn new things get a good support from your superiors. Their shift timing is also convenient thats 9 hours same as other organisation. So i think it was good organisation for me where i joined and working for more than 4 years.

Dislikes

Every organisation has some ups and downs but as for me i didn’t felt any issue thats the reason i am still working with my same team for more than 4 years
