Company management would change in next 6-9 months time, as they have been acquired by fmcg giant. So there will be layoffs, join at your risk.

Working in start-up based company provides better learning opportunities, such as thoroughly understanding overall management system and business strategies. It also grants easy access to knowledge about your company's growth and developments.

In my current position, I thoroughly enjoy working and improving my skills, but due to slow and steady business growth, I find myself able to learn and apply only a limited set of skills.

They claim to be people who are very honest and true but that's not the case

Dislikes

Work life balance is 0, have to work 9 hours a day for 6 days and even after that they expect you to work overtime. There's no cafeteria in the office. Huge communication barriers between teams.
