Very less pay They have multiple companies,so change the employee company to company or assign other company work to your head. Hr always hiding Truth, they don't have proper leave policy and proving leave on public holidays. But HR utilized all benefits. Accounts employees always jumping to change the job because of low paid, not enough guidance and process.

No any policy in the company also some of the senior employs doing politics, they don't like any new employs and no any cooperation they are dong flattery and also Director Sir does like that types of employs, no more safety in the plant/workplace here are many more problems, mostly employs are in contract base
