The people, they are nice, helpful at times, at times the environment is of laughter and jokes and everyone gathers and happily you can work in ways, bosses listen to what you have to say, there are people ready to help you out and there are parties at times.

Dislikes

Lack of internal co-ordination, equal distribution of work, proper amenities, lack of attention to details, lack of benefits, lack of advancements in career unless you are in marketing or sales. Lack of proper training, lack of own innovations and initiatives.
