Troika Autoproducts India Pvt Ltd, is a manufacturing unit for auto parts electrical and electronics, moulded and pressed parts etc. Company policy - Novel and reliable with best quality, good cost and customer timely delivery and improve the technology and quality. Management- Company management, Directors are settled in USA and the Directors are taking care of the top management and a team of Managers and head of departments controlling the unit management and day to day functions with the cordinations of each employees and staff. Management is very good and qualified personnels. Work culture-Company has provided work order and responsibilities and functions for the each departments and 3 shifts are operating in a day. Shift timings are 8 hours and work planning to the employees and staff within the time limit and the working culture is very good and systematic and supervised and MIS weekly reviewed as per company work procedure. Job Security- Job security is genuine since it's a continuous process manufacturing unit and customers has provided good orders so meet it employees and staff working hardly and salaries, wages employees compensation etc are good employees and staff strength is restricted to cycle time basis of out put. Overall Troika Autoproducts is a very good organization

Dislikes

Communication gap between top management and unit management so some times it's affecting some approval delays, documentation delay etc it's mainly due to Directors settled in USA they visit once in 2-3 years only. (Physical documentation delay)
