Company provides room for staff at site.

...continuously for 24 to 36 hours. After this hard work you have to come to work. Otherwise the salary will be deducted or your salary will be held for one month. That is, the company considers you a machine that does not need any leave. 4. You will not receive any overtime payment. 5. The owner of the company sits on the site all day and drinks continuously. He knows nothing about construction work. He does not know about any step of work. But he will say "This work must be finished today, I don't know how you will do it. I want you to do it. 6. The owner of the company will call you to the meeting at 11 pm to have a drink. But there will be no open discussion. He will sit you in front and drink alone." Do it. 7. Don't listen to any of your plan companies. Money has a lot of pride so whatever he says is right, and will constantly insult you. 8. Company's tendency to work so as not to pay. Once you quit, forget your minimum 30 days salary. Must go. 9. I have joined this company for two months, out of which three sub contacts left the site crying for non-payment. 10. I heard from the local security guard that the site has been open for 7 months. And this Within seven months about 18-20 engineers left the site. So I think being unemployed is better than working in this company from my 9 years experience.
