They offer salary better than average. They offer new employees as after a year your incentive is fixed and salary would be increased and make you quit after completion of year. Company is so good and know how to manipulate and make fool of youth.

Hierarchy or Designation doesn't matter Sales Executive/ASM/DM all you can do to your junior is ok jaisa thik Lage kro if not they won't value you since your words doesn't matter designation only define your salary not power and to your senior (AVP or senior) is Ok sir or else HR will call you to please come and resign.
