The various types of questions I had to set. I framed reading comprehension questions almost every day; in addition, there were questions on synonyms and antonyms, sentence correction, analyzing a piece of prose text; the work also involved setting questions on the use of phrasal verbs, conjunctions, prepositions, etc. I loved doing proofreading question papers from other departments, such as physics, maths, chemistry, general knowledge, logic and reasoning and so on.

Dislikes

...ere wasn't any room for career growth in TIME because I was a contract employee. About six years ago there was a ten per cent salary rise which came down to five and one per cent subsequently. Innovation applied only to the use of new computer software or hardware. There was no innovation in the work per se. There was work-life balance and I don't have anything to complain about on that score. There wasn't any training in English content-writing either. Job security there was until the pandemic disrupted it.

Want to work with cheater?? Salary not given on time, reckless behaviour infront of staff, verbal abuser etc, trust me 100% not a company to join and grow... JEE faculties be careful

Incompetent management, Toxic environment, lot lot and lot of politics, dismal compensation, No growth opportunities at all, absolute hell on earth company to work no leaves not even get a leave on sunday

Money less. Otherwise one of the best place to work. Also time is too much. Its a 10.5 hours job.

Timing is 10am to 8:30pm which is too much Salary is very low. Called on almost all the sundays Appraisal only once a year Incentives very less despite fees being very high.

good work culture. Office timings are good but salary hike or increment is not good as per industry standard or there is no carriers growth too.

TIME Kolkata is now a franchise and things have changed from when it was a directly under TIME management.
