It is a good comany for freshers where they can learn a lot. Work culture is good and you find refreshment activities for every 2 to 3 months.

Dislikes

...s internal politics in the company and which will be there in all the companies. Coming to salary and hike, salary is good when compare to other small companies and the hike perion is yearly once and also they postpone the hikes for 2 to 3 months.

No worklife balance. They do not value employees work. The top management is panick and insecure 24x7 and transfer pressure all at once to the senior resources. Extreme micromanagement and internal politics Their only product poorly designed and built from entry level programmers without any lead Employees lack skills and egoistic like the management.

Likes

I was able to learn some new things like voice based order shipment product and UDF.

Dislikes

Work place is very bad. Only one entry and exit. No escape provision in case of fire hazard. No proper plan about executing projects. Multiple requests come to senior resources at one with no proper planning. They have only product designed and built by them but poorly coded as all resources were entry level programmers with on lead.
