Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...od I learnt lots of things there. They are very supportive when I was required.They give good salary on time and appraisals are fare. During lockdown I would like to say the company has shut down because of this pandemic it is toughest time for my company and for me because I lost my job in this worst situation.

Few colleagues are good and the director mr.alok upadhaya and saket singh is very nice person..just bcoz of their good nature..i worked there for 18 months..

There are few people in management those are doing things here and there..i don't want to take names..but yes thats there...and boss believes them a lot.. Which is disturbing employees and others.

Only 1director mr Saket is not enough to satisfy all the needs of employees in a company he is a nice guy and a respectful person indeed but he also can't surpassed the decision of another director who is actually worthless for company growth
