It's worst compney I never seen my life they not doing 3 months employees salary ,2yrs bonus pending, 3yrs increment pending they are committed but everything is false I also searching new compney as soon as possible I leave this,so I suggest you guys you never join in to this compney otherwise you will waste your valuable time .

Freehand is given to take decision's on shop floor. Job security is ok company policies are average. Management is ok

Management is non technical, useless & hopeless peoples use their skill to earn their bread butter.

Company is good culture so new machines are repair , learning preventive maintenance ,all maintenance types,so accepted Good knowledge machine CNC ,vmc machine related

No management ,not used proper part of machines,no time to time preventive maintenance

I am currently working at trinity engineers in design department as trainee production engineer . in our company software use UG - NX, SIMUFACT, DEFORM, AUTO CAD.

It was start up when I joined. Company had no management.. It was working on the wishes and whims of proprietor. 9:30 hours of working from Monday to Saturday was never enough to satisfy proprietor. He wanted us to work more and more hours. Minimum 11 hours was his wish. There were not many projects in hands of company because of greedy management skills of proprietor so nobody had any kind of growth in terms career, salary and office conditions physically.

Dislikes

Office rules were terrible and not normal as companies out there. Everybody used to get tired by mid week because lengthy working hours.. within 1.5 years of its starting more than 80% of original staff left because of policies.
