Salary like bonus every year.good work and good incherages. And the environment is good

The salary is so low for seniers. they will not give increment letter on time . And there is a lot of parchality.break timming is also less and the company timming are early morning

The company was very werst, increment was too late and salary double PF cutting, but employee account add single PF very low salary

Dislikes

Project manager and project leader lead to employee are school guys ,bycke petrol no money paid, travel not available, Daily 12hours, but extra hours money not paid every month.

Here only job is secure till 5 years from fresher, salary more than 25k may be terminated at anytime.

Dislikes

No learning, no innovative idea, no professional team mate. No learning from manager or supervisor. No delegation to well performers.

...f you do any wrong (like late comings , efficiency, system not turning off,etc..)the will cut the salary and this is not a office it a school

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management they give good salary hike and bonus

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth bis slow there is bond 1year
