There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

...f you do any wrong (like late comings , efficiency, system not turning off,etc..)the will cut the salary and this is not a office it a school

The salary is so low for seniers. they will not give increment letter on time . And there is a lot of parchality.break timming is also less and the company timming are early morning
