1) Worst company I have ever seen. 2) Salary not on time 3) Worst management and Seniors 4) Mostly two persons running the show who are so arrogant with no work ethics and no respect for others. 5) No skill development opportunity I would recommend not to join this company, your career will be spoilt.

As the lockdown began, salary was credited a month late along with a high percentage of pay cut till date.

Dislikes

No work culture, no proper resources, no outings and office tours, no work from home facility, no cab facility, no timely appraisals, no policies and procedures, no top mgmt help during personal problems, no dues clearance, unapproved leaves if taken more than 2-3, poor infra and hygiene and the list is endless.

Dislikes

...t. People who are working from many many years have a monopoly and bully others. The company did not pay me my Full and Final Settlement while leaving. Did not pay me reimbursements that i spent for the Client visits.

If you are good in getting things. You can grow fast, and you will be assign more responsibility.

Just salary come on time. But not the reimbursement and any other money. They gives arrears in the part payments. Appraisal cycle is very unstructured and delayed. They also not process fnf amount easily.

5 day working in a week is the only likable thing here.

Very less negligible appraisal amount for few years then they try to remove you from company through any way. There is no any job security, for first 2 years you are good to go and then they find ways to remove you. If a project ends they didn't shift you on another project, they just do layoffs for the whole team. They take technical interview like they are going to give you one of the best project based on new technology and what they give is ERP project based on old technology like NAV 16. They make you work like you are in call centre. During work they create huge pressure to complete on time. For freshers it is really a very bad company, for experienced it is ok ok for 1-2 years. Here no any learning opportunity, not any learning environment, not any good project, totally a waste of life experience.
